I would recommend premier bouncy castles to everyone who is planning a event. They have loads of different things to chose from. We hired the rodeo bull and total wipe-out machine. They turned up on time and the lads were great very helpful and polite.

Hi Just to let you know we are getting excellent feedback from children and parents from last nights switch on event. The pop up santas grotto is an excellent idea, it certainly saved us a lot of volunteer time and effort trying to create one ourselves. Once the santas grotto was blown up it only took us about 15 minutes to kit it out, well worth it !!!!! The children had a fab time on the Rodeo Reindeer and have already requested we hire it again next year. It was great doing business with you. Thanks again. Joyce Unsworth- Thornley Village Centre

I would like to start off by saying that your website and online booking system is excellent and very easy to use. Once I had completed my order, an email confirmation was sent detailing everything I had ordered and contact details in case I needed to get in touch. The following evening, I received a phone call to ensure that all my details were correct, the equipment I wanted was correct and to discuss delivery in more detail. During the time between placing the order and receiving the equipment I received excellent communication from the company and, due to the logistics of where I lived, this meant altering the day of delivery and collection but at no extra cost to me. The company were aware that it was a 30th Birthday surprise for my husband and his best mate and took this into account every step of the way, the even helped me, once the delivery had arrived, carry everything into the upstairs bedroom (I would never have been able to carry it all myself) as this was the only place big enough to hide everything until the following morning. The gentlemen (can’t remember their names) were very pleasant and in no rush when dropping off or picking up the equipment. The equipment itself was fantastic; the adults had a great day with the Sumo Suits and the children (and adults) loved the Giant Connect 4 I would definitely recommend this company to anyone wanting to hire for an event, they were 1st class all the way and even though I lived quite a distance away this made no difference to them, the service I received was excellent Thank you so much for helping me, my husband and all our friends have a wonderful day Kindest Regards Sally Stovell
